Shipments and returns

Providing our customers with the most efficient and personalized shipping methods is at the top of our customer service list. Handling orders from our happy customers means timely deliveries, attention to privacy preferences and service. We are pleased with the fact that we can send our product to many countries. Before ordering we recommend you to confirm your product selection (s) and your country Delivery - Delivery takes between 3 and 15 working days. - We only deliver to private addresses - no PoBoxes, Packstations, Relay Points and the general public places will be accepted as a valid delivery address. - In order to speed the delivery of your order, please provide valid (real) delivery name and address - do not expect the courier to call you to check your address. - Your track and trace information is sent to your registered e-mail address when the package has been sent - view your spam folder. - The delivery must be signed. Your deliverer delivers your package to your delivery address and leaves a promissory note when you are absent. Please note that in specific cases the delivery person can place the order in your mailbox to promote the delivery process. - It is not possible to choose a specific time or date for a first delivery attempt. - The delivery person will not call you to check when you are at home. - Our supplier transports the order to your country, where the final delivery is made by the local deliverer in your country. - Delivery in your country - can be changed without prior notice: Germany (DHL), France (Colissimo), Italy (SDA Italia), Greece (ELTA), Spain (Correos), the Netherlands (PostNL), Portugal (CTT), UK (Hermes). - A link to the track and trace page is sent to your registered e-mail address once the package has been sent - view your spam folder. Please note that it can sometimes take a few days for the tracking code of the last deliverer to be seen on the tracking page.


You have the right to return your order (or part of it) within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

During this period it is also allowed to treat the product as you would in a store. In addition, you may open the packaging of a product, unless it is sealed. In the event that you have done more than absolutely necessary to assess a product, the loss of value may be charged.

The right of withdrawal ends 14 days after the day that you (or a designated third party, outside the courier) have taken possession of the product.

If you have ordered several products with different delivery times in one order, the right of withdrawal expires 14 days after you have received the last product of the order.

To use your right of withdrawal, we kindly request you to contact us within 14 days via the contact form on our website or by sending an e-mail to. We will then send you instructions for the return shipment and a return label.

The following products are excluded from the right of return:

- Products whose sealed packaging is open.


If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, all payments (including shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days. If you have returned a product without prior notice, we may ask you for a tracking code as proof before reimbursement is made.

The refund will be issued on the original payment method.
