Dream herb - Calea zacatechichi

Due to its propensity to induce extremely vivid or even lucid dreams, calea zacatechichi is frequently referred to as the "dream plant."

Effects

While one is awake, Calea has a sleepy affect, and while one is asleep, one may have more vivid dreams. Calea is regarded as a visionary entheogen by the clever people of Mexico, despite the effects being very modest and the fact that no hallucinogenic alkaloid has yet been discovered.

Usage

Pour 3 to 25 grams of the crushed dry leaves into half a liter of hot water, and then let it steep for about 15 minutes. Add some sugar or honey to sweeten it up because it tastes really bitter. Every night before you go to bed, sip the tea.
