Blue lotus - Nymphaea caerulea - 20Grams Herbs

  • 20

The ancient Egyptians revered the Blue lotus. The vivid blue blossoms were wanted for their calming effects and heightened awareness as well as their lovely scent.

The Blue Lotus, also known as the Blue Waterlily, has narcotic and euphoric effects, and greater doses may cause mild hallucinations. It works wonders as a sexual stimulant.

Take 5 grams per person and brew with boiling water to make tea. Soak the flowers in wine for several hours to make a classic Egyptian beverage. Use 5 grams per bottle on average. Never go beyond the recommended dosage: Wine made from blue lotus is harsh and difficult to drink.
