Usage

Usually, Passionflower is brewed into a tea. A typical daily dosage is between 0,03 and 0,05 grams.

Allow 0,3–0,4 grams to steep in hot water for 30 minutes or so to create a psychedelic tea. Be cautious of the MAO inhibitory properties at these dosages.
