Concentrated extract of the sedative Passiflora incarnata from Passionflower. This extract is equivalent to 50 grams of dried plant material per gram. can be used as a stress reliever or a sleeping aid. mildly psychedelic when taken in larger doses.
Usage
Usually, Passionflower is brewed into a tea. A typical daily dosage is between 0,03 and 0,05 grams.
Allow 0,3–0,4 grams to steep in hot water for 30 minutes or so to create a psychedelic tea. Be cautious of the MAO inhibitory properties at these dosages.
