Damiana - Turnera diffusa

The stimulating aphrodisiac Daimana (Turnera diffusa) creates a mellow, calming high that lasts for around two hours.

Damiana enhances blood circulation in the vaginal region and acts as both a muscle relaxant and a sexual stimulant. It has elements that immediately awaken the senses. Damiana helps restore the hormonal balance in women and increases erections in males when used frequently over a longer length of time.

Usage

To create tea, steep 10 to 15 grams, or three tablespoons, of the herb in one liter of water for fifteen minutes, or gently boil the water for five minutes.

Water or fruit juice can be combined with daimon powder. For a powerful effect, one tablespoon is sufficient.
