Gotu kola - Centella asiatica/Hydrocotyle - Herb 50 Grams
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, gotu kola (Hydrocotyle or Centella asiatica) is referred to as fo ti tien, while in Ayurveda, it is referred to as brahmi. The brain is revitalized using this technique, which lengthens the attention span and boosts focus strength.

Usage
Take a half-tablespoon of powder and dissolve it in boiling water to make a daily cup of tea.
Put 30 grams of herb in 50 milliliters of boiling water to create a stronger extract with exciting and sensual effects. On a low flame, allow it to simmer for at least two hours with the pot covered. Drink a small cup first, then strain and add sugar to taste.
