African dream root (Silene capensis), a rare blooming species native to the lush river valleys of South Africa's eastern Cape province, is revered by Xhosa diviners as a sacred plant with the power to produce unusually vivid and prophetic dreams.
Usage
Grind some of the root first. Half a liter of water and a heaping tablespoon are combined, then the mixture is churned to create froth. Go to bed after sucking the froth off the container until you feel "bloated" with it. Take it with a full stomach.
